Visions is very excited to announce our first meeting on Saturday, January 26th, 2pm at My Tomato Pie Restaurant (located in the Northtown Plaza). This first meeting will be a meet and greet with Visions and hopefully you and other future Visions’ contributors. There we can discuss your work and your goals. This is NOT a portfolio review or a job interview! This is a networking event with people who have the same passion as you – Comics and creating comics! Artist: We ask that artists bring samples of your work. The sample can be photocopies or originals. We would like some samples that we can take with us for our files. Writers: Please bring a sampling of your writing (2-3 page example of your story), also a brief synopsis of your story idea(s) and character descriptions. Visions is excited to meet you and get to know what you are working on. We sincerely hope that we will see you there!
